객실 검색은 어떻게 하나요?
홈페이지 첫 화면에 보시면, 가운데에 객실보기 버튼이 있습니다. 이 버튼을 이용해주시거나 상단 메뉴에 있는 Rooms&Reservations 메뉴를 눌러주시면 됩니다.
방을 어떻게 선택하고 보나요??
Rooms&Reservations 메뉴를 선택하시면 객실 목록이 나타납니다.
각 객식을 눌러서 구경하신후, 원하시는 객실에 들어가셔서, 체크인 체크아웃 날짜를 입력후, 성인 어른 인원수 선택하시고 BOOK NOW 버튼을 눌러주시면 장바구니에 담깁니다.
저장된후, VIEW CART를 누르시면 선택하신 객실을 보실수 있습니다.
결제를 하려고 하는데, 결제 페이지에서 자꾸 같은 화면이 나옵니다. UNDEFINED 라고 뜨는데 이건 뭔가요?
객실을 선택하신후, 정보 입력을 완료하시고 카드 또는 계좌이체를 선택하셔서 PLACE ORDER 버튼을 누르셨다면 아무런 문제없이 결제를 완료하실수 있습니다. 그러나 장바구니를 비웠다가 다시 채웠거나, 결제 진행 중에 취소를 누르셨거나, 다른 고객이 그 객실을 예약했다면 이런 오류가 발생 할 수 있습니다.
브라우저의 캐쉬를 비우시고, 창을 닫았다가 다시 홈페이지에 접속해서 시도해주세요.

예약 결제 영수증을 이메일로 받으셨는데 호텔측에서 보내지는 바우처 이메일을 못받으셨다면, 전화로 연락 주시기 바랍니다. 결제를 완료하신후, 홈페이지 화면에서 아래와 같이 ORDER NUMBER를 받으셨다면, 그 번호로 예약 조회가 가능합니다.

How do I search for a room?
You may use the View Rooms button the main page or the top main menu Rooms&Reservations button.
How do I view my selected room?
Once you have decided on a room, click the room from the ROOMS&RESERVATIONS page.
Select your desired check-in and check-out date, along with the number of adults.
Once you have selected these items, press the BOOK NOW button at the bottom to select that room.
You can view the room in your Booking Cart or on the side bar menu area.
I get an UNDEFINED error message on the CHECKOUT page. I cannot press the PLACE ORDER button. Why?
If you have securely selected a room and filled out all billing information, selected payment by credit card or bank transfer, there shouldn’t be any issues. However, if you have previously cancelled your payment, timed-out of the window session or if someone else has booked that specific room while during your payment process, this error may occur.
Please CLEAR ALL BROWSING DATA or CLEAR(EMPTY) CACHES and try again.
If the problem persists please contact a representative and we will promptly assist you.

BONUM1957 Hanok and boutique is a space where Hanok and modern architecture was built in 1957. Blended beautifully, it is a place with history and significance architecturally.
It has been transformed into a hotel with minimal interior decoration to preserve this value.
BONUM1957’s Unique ambiance and the special atmosphere is a space only found at BONUM1957. The Hanok and boutique hotel surroundings are for you to enjoy during your stay. Hotel staff and members will do our best to make you feel comfortable and relaxed while staying at BONUM1957.

BONUM1957 Hanok and boutique is located in Hanok and Hanok Village.
Please note that there is no separate parking space, so we strongly recommend that you use public transportation.

1. Check-in and Check-out Times
– Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. Additional charges may apply if you wish to check in before 3:00 PM.
– If you wish to check-in after 9:00 pm, please contact us in advance.
– Luggage storage service is available free of charge if you arrive before check-in time.
– Check-out time is 12:00 PM.
– If you leave after the designated departure time (12:00 PM) a separate extension fee (50% of the daily rate) may be charged
2. Non-smoking and Damage to Facilities
– According to Jongno-gu Tourism Public Health and Safety Law, all rooms and all areas on the hotel property are non-smoking areas.
– A minimum fee of 100,000 won will be charged for smoking on the property.
– If smoking in rooms is caught or suspected, the hotel may charge a fine.
– In case of damage or damage to the facilities caused by carelessness, the hotel may request compensation.
3. Room selection and change
– Rooms can be chosen at the time of booking only through the http://www.bonum1957.com website.
– Reservations can not be changed for reservations through booking sites.
– Please be aware that rooms booked through booking sites will be assigned on the day of at the front desk.

4. Room Facilities and Lost Property
– FreeWifi is available in all rooms and the lobby.
– You can use IP TV(Cable) in all rooms and watch Internet content such as YOUTUBE.
– Personal belongings found at the time of departure will be kept for 2 weeks from the day of departure and will be discarded after 2 weeks.

Please note that guests can not be added to any room except the Hanok rooms. If the maximum occupancy is exceeded, a fee of KRW 35,000 (including bedding) will be added to the room per person per night.

Children under 8 years of age may check-in at no additional charge. You must show proof of age (resident registration or passport) at check-in.

The number of children (under 8years old) that can be accommodated is subject to room availability. Each room has a different child capacity number, so please check before making a reservation.
